Basic Member Area - PHP + MySQL, No Design Work.

I'm looking for a coder to create a very basic member area in PHP, running off a MySQL database. No design work is required, just basic layout of the output on the page. A document has been attached to this bid with step by step instructions for the chosen coder, detailing exactly what needs to be done - so no nasty hidden surprises!! The MySQL database needs creating for the site, but I have included a basic layout of what needs to be in the database. The job is just a simple member area, so I have allowed 7 days for the winning coder. If there are any problems, I would happily consider increasing this length if I felt it was reasonable. The maximum bid is $150, although I am keen to choose a coder who will do it for less than this maximum amount. Future work will be offered to the winning coder, as this is just stage 1 of a 6-8 stage project! The winning coder must have MSN messenger to communicate with me, although I am happy to agree to all important issues onsite for the coder's protection. Coder needs knowledge in PHP, Basic HTML (or an editor) and MySQL. Also, they need to be familiar with encypting passwords into the database, and handling PHP Sessions. Thanks :) ## Deliverables As per document attached. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete commented source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
