Auction Website Completion

Our application is 70% work completed. We are looking for a good coder with excellent design skills as well. Work consists of recoding the php application based on our existing asp files for finishing the remaining 30% of the project. End result: 100% auction php application. Will provide full screenshot of the desired work completed upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in asp form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): complete clone of the php application into asp. 2.1) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
