dll for fedex rates

Enclosed is the dll I am working on. Currently, it gets FedEx Ground rates only. What I need is for it to be modified so if the grounds parameter is false, it gets all rates. They will need to be put into a collection. The collection should specify rate, company name, and rate type. The company name would be FedEx. The rate type would be for example, FedEx Home Delivery, etc. If there is an error while processing it, the error property would return true and all processing would be finished at that point. There should be a simple project where the parameters are specified and it would loop through the rates. The rates should be sorted by price. ## Deliverables The completed project, the dll compiled and the complete source code with all work completed, commented as well. ## Platform Windows 2000
