application for Windows Mobile

I want a program I can use on my Windows Mobile device which will harvest weather information from a website, and display it. Example: Outlook Sunny, Temp 50F, ETC. The program will periodically check for updated weather info from the website, and refresh the display in the background. So the next time I view the the program, the information will have been updated. If it is possible to show a quick temp details as a today screen item, that would be great. Otherwise, we can simply launch the ticker display from the programs group. If we use the display, I want the information to be displayed in text boxes, so even screen-readers can read the information as text. The program will have a settings menu, with options for zip code, update interval, play alert sound when update has been captured, ETC. I will help test the application during development, on my WM device. I can provide a sample program which another coder tried to create for me, but could not complete due to time commitments. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
