Develop Graphics For Program Plus Fix Bugs

I have a windows security suite in development which is attached. The programs code is mostly good but the apperance needs serious work plus there are a few bugs please see the below requirments and tell me which you can do in your bid: 1) Main Program The lancher needs a new skin making for it and possibly a graphic. I want a good artist with imigantion to make something professional looking. 2) Screen Lock When screen is locked the password entering field and button reading "Unlock" needs to be centered no matter what resolution user has. I would like sytem keys such as the windows key and "alt+tab" to be completely disabled while this is locked. There is sometimes a bug if you lock and then unlock the program that windows start staying ontop for no reason, if any one knows how to fix this it would be a bonus. 3) History Eraser I would like the erasing of "start..run" records to take place without having to re-login. I would like the erasing of history records within "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\History" to be fixed so it even erases today's. 4) File Encryptor, File Shredder, Harddrive Cleaner Theese just need a new improved apperance; a skin and possibly a side graphic. I am open to ideas. If you find any bugs in the program which are not mentioned above I would also like them fixing. I am very likely to accept multiple bids on this so just bid saying what you can and can't do. If offering graphical work examples of previous work would be preffered but not madotary. If you bid low there will be bonuses for good work, plus I am likely to want to hire you again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. All work must be original. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP
