Bot for Bing Maps BirdView Silverlight Images Snapshots (1352506)

You have to make a Visual Basic 2008 windows executable program that will do the following: 1) Select a Excel/XML file (You will be given a Excel/XML file with thousands of property addresses.(see sample attached) 2) Read the file row by row and search the property address in Bing maps in Birdview mode 3) Capture the image using two zoom levels and from all four directions(north,south,east and west). or 8 images per property address 4) Save all 8 images of each property (see sample snapshots) 5) Make a csv log file so that another program could track which images belong to what row in the excel/xml. If you know it or can do it, This project is of maximum of 3 days or 30 hours of work. I will pay $100 flat + tip upto 100% as you submit the final product working and bug free.
