**I apologize to all that bid on this project. I ended up having to do it myself due to some specialized requirements, but I will probably have others coming up the pipe soon. Thanks, Jeff *****

This application needs to be done in .NET (VB.net is ok, but C# is preferred). App will be a desktop application that tracks trades in the commodities market, specifically soybeans. The application will utilize an existing API that will be provided.

The app will track bids/offers for soybean/meal/oil commodities, and will have a user interface that will resemble a stock trading screen (with the prices in a scrolling grid), and will have other fields to the left and right of the price column. The app will track best bids/offers from traders and "icebergs" - which are large trades with their size hidden by splitting up the order into smaller orders.

## Deliverables

More specific requirements below. More will be provided once developer accepts project and initial communication is set up.

* no order execution

* just like the attachment Radar Screen although Radar 001 would have the order window integrated

o the Iceberg column shows the total quantity traded as an Iceberg, likely quantity re-loaded with, and perhaps time stamp

o Radar will also track large orders that move the market

+ ie. an order to buy 200 contracts submitted 8 ticks above the market thereby getting filled or mostly filled (called "swept" by traders)

+ the tracked size of "swept" orders is user-defined and changes by market and contract month

+ the orders should be time stamped in a separate column and likely size of order

* the perceived difficulty is synchronizing with T4's order screen and presenting the data graphically

* attached you will find Radar Screen which is nothing more than an in-active trade screen but Radar must be placed next to a similar trade screen and

1. have the same price scale and size font as the order screen

2. move up and down with the market just like the order screen

3. be able to re-size like the order screen

The application's intent is to quickly identify "iceberg" orders that large traders use to hide their size by splitting up their order into smaller orders; hence a 200 lot in Soybeans might be split equally into five 40-lots all at the same price. Ideally, Radar will identify the iceberg by red/blue highlighting the price with a probable refill quantity. This red/blue price must be created and remembered in a far-left price column created by the application. The user should have the option of right-clicking the highlighted iceberg and deleting it (if the trader thinks it is no longer applicable).

An opposing trader can spot an "iceberg" because an offer of perhaps 40 beans at a single price point will appear to be purchased only to re-appear. The tell-tale sign is the quantity traded increases and usually the price is not pierced (it sometimes is pierced because the trader's server holds the iceberg and does not submit a new 40-lot offer until the previous 40-lot offer is filled thereby allowing a millisecond for a bid to puncture the price).
