Audio mixing program

Audio Recording program. This is a downloadable e-product. The user interface has already been made (in VisualBasic 6) and specifications have been written. The "plumbing" must be done. A very simplified recording program that is designed for people with little time for instructions. Children (7+) will also be using. The user records their voice (using a microphone) up to 60 minutes. They are able to do a very simple edit if needed and then save. They then pick background music from 3 different choices (using their own CD, using their MP3 files or using our library of music that we provide (by membership)). They then choose the "Combine" button which mixes the voice recording and music together. They are then able to make the voice louder or the music louder. The music must loop to match up to the voice recording length. They can save as a MP3 or WAV. They are then able to burn to a CD using their burner, use their MP3 player or send to our website for us to make the CD for them. There must be a demo version that allows the user to use the whole program with the exception of only 2 minutes voice recording time, access to a partial music library and being able to save the mixed file. The registered user will have a password that will allow them access to the whole program including the ability to save. There is also a membership that gains them access to the music library as well as a our membership website. There is access on each screen to a help page. Please be sure before bidding or replying that you have experience in developing this type of application. We need to get the program started right away and to at least have a beta version in the next few weeks. If you are ready to do the work and you are the right coder for us, I can close the bidding earlier. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This software must be designed for all windows platforms - priority version for Windows XP & 2000
