Developer needed to transfer photos over to new phpfox platform

I need a developer to transfer over all of my previous social network's photos and photo comments over to the new phpfox platform we are moving to. We are moving from SocialGo over to phpfox. All of the photos and photo comments are compacted together and we have attempted to load them into the mysql database and correct file directories but have not been able to figure it out (photos keep showing up as "image not available"). Approximately 5,000 photos. The developer MUST have a vast knowledge of phpfox and mysql. Our current mysql guru has been stumped on how the photos transfer over. If you succeed and perform well for the right price we may bring you on to help more with the transfer (videos, forum posts, etc.). The pictures from the old social network that come from SocialGo are in one large file and come in various sizes and should correspond to each correct members user ID. I am also going to disregard photo albums in this transfer and profile pictures. So just all the photos need to be put in each correct users photo list. The phpfox site I'm using has various preset photo sizes (20, 50, 75, 500, 650, 800) and I'm not sure if this will effect the photos showing up accurately or not. They may need to be resized to accurate sizes but I'm not certain since I'm not a phpfox expert. From there you will need to add them with all the correct credentials into the mysql database and add the correct file path destination to where they are in the server. All the photos need to be showing up correctly and correspond to the correct members at the end of the job and need to be showing up at a large enough size when viewing them in theater mode (the default is 800px but some photos may be smaller in size possibly).
