Dashboard and integration with Zoho Reports

I am trying to create a dashboard similar to look and feel of iGoogle. I am using Zoho reports to create charts and pivot table. I want the dashboard to embed the Zoho reports and charts. The dashboard should have the functionality to be expanded/Minimized and optionally dragged around. I also need another functionality of being able to filter the zoho reports. Zoho reports can be filtered via their URL for example for a sales report by adding ZOHO_CRITERIA at the end of the url we can filter the Zoho reports, I want the ability for the user to select from a drop down and whatever the selection the application can pass the url to the portal in the dashboard to be filtered. This may sound confusing but in reality if a person is a PHP/MYsql expert this is very simple, I am a programmer and am not an expert in PHP and i can do this but I have other projects which i have a deadline so need some help on this.
