I require binaries of the source control tool Subversion (and all associated dependencies), to run on a Mipsel processor.

The target device is the Asus WL-HDD wireless hard drive, running a very lightweight version of linux.

The cross compiler, and toolchain are available from the Asus website.

This is not a programming project, but an exercise in cross-compilation. However, any available build optimizations available to increase execution performance of the binaries on the Mipsel processor must be considered.

## Deliverables

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.

A full set of functioning binaries, including ALL dependencies for the latest version of Subersion (1.3.2), to run on the Broadcom BCM947XX CPU.

This must be capable of being placed on the hard drive, and execute, thus must be either statically linked, or contain all shared libraries in a manner that need not be copied to system directories.

The resulting Subversion binary must be capable of ALL the functions the server software is capable of, including using a berkeley data-store.

FULL documentation on how to set up, configure, and execute the build environment on Fedore Core4 Linux.

These instructions must be clear and concise, to allow the commissioner to reconstruct the environment to compile newer versions of Subversion as they are released. The project will not be closed until the commissioner has successfully followed the instructions to configure and build their own environment.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
