CSS PopUp Menu for Website

CSS PopUp Menu (without opening a new window) In the space beneath the navigation menu (see mockup) I would like to do the following: 1. Delete the two W3C images 2. Place a section titled "Feature Items" 3. Have four thumbnail images in a 2 x 2 format 4. When someone clicks on the images I would like for a CSS popup window (without opening a new window) to open. (see <[login to view URL]> for an example) 5. In this window I would like to have the following fields available: a. The picture in a bigger format b. A brief description c. Group Name 6. Right below this section on the homepage I would like someone to place a facebook and twitter image on the site.
