Adding LivePerson via a JS call

I need someone to add the two files of code, see zip, to my web sites. I am adding Liveperson. I need this done using a js call. I don’t want to use ssi . The code must not interfere w/ search engines and must be able to be changed from one location by me. This will be working across several domains. I want to be able to disable if I decide not to use LivePerson. I don’t want to have to pay some one twice to add and then remove the code, that is why I need it done w/ JS call or other smart way(you’re the coder). The person who takes this job will have about 65 pages that they have to edit. See the code attached and a copy of the page and how I want it laid-out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
