A data analysis application that works on a simple algorithm (developed by you), and processes data currently in my database

I need an application, that analyzes the database tables in a MySQL database, reproduces it on a graph, and analyses it graphically (applies statistical tools: Mean and SD, as well as ANOVA: Analysis of Variance). It shall then make numerical conclusions, according to the data, and save it in a separate table into the database. Please post only if you have experience in data analysis (similar to the algorithms that use canister data).
