-Police book forms - data collection form police book pages to automatically transfer to any form of the 17 forms when that form is recalled.. (must be done first)
-redesign the site (if u use wordpress, I don’t want to hear later that there are limitations with wordpress)
-Vehicle market value on the ads
-Add a way for the user to view any deleted ads, and give them the option to repost that ad (create a recycle bin/folder for the admin to view all deleted ads)
-Need to add a weekly automated snapshot of the ad performance that can be emailed to the user
o This snapshot needs to be sent as an email and would show:
how many viewed the ad
how many viewed phone #
how many sent an email
how many times the ad appeared in search results
and how many times it was printed
I know some are not easy to do, but let’s try to figure something out!!!
-Track users login … (who is on line and last time logged in and need to capture their IP address that was last used)
-Make sure that all things/functions that are on the current website are on the new site and working properly
-2 types of users private and dealer – both must be signed in to add any new listing or view their adds
-Dealer can have multiple agents - one may have multiple users
-Dealer can create their own page (i.e.: [url removed, login to view])
-Only Dealers can access the police book
-auto post to social sites
-image convertor to video
-Optimization of graphics to ensure a fast loading web page, also allow multiple image upload.
Plz note that their 2 ways for the ad to be uploaded – 1 via the website and 2nd via the app – need to make sure that these 2 ways are not effected in the process!
All this will be done within 45 days…there will be a bonus of $100 if the job is done before, and will be a penalty of $20 a day of every day this project is late!
