AS3 Flash Media Player - Add Transition Functionality

Hi, We have a Flash file that acts as a full screen media player. It takes an xml playlist and plays the images, videos and flash files it's told to. We'd like to add some transitions between the items in the playlist... fade in alpha, slide in from the left, right, up, down... etc. We'd also like to add the ability to "zoom and pan" like a ken burns effect. So, whilst an image is playing it will gently move across the screen. If you've seen "Windows Movie Maker" you can see the kind of 'zoom and pan' and transition effects we're speaking of. You should be an AS3 Guru and have experience with libraries such as 'tweener' etc. I've got a couple of components that do some transitions and also a fair few code samples to do the Ken Burns effects. We're not looking for a software house to charge a fortune and make a big deal out of this. We can code AS3 and flash ourselves but we've got other stuff we've got to get on with. It would probably suit someone who's had experience in this type of thing before and would spend a casual 1 - 2 weeks creating an initial framework and then just copying and pasting the code from the transitions component and ken burns samples we've got.
