Demo of recording and playing back audio messages via website

Demonstration website required to allow one user to record a voicemail type message and another person to pick up that message. The bidder should suggest what is the best technology to achieve this, maybe Flash. The website should be written in C# ASP.NET. The initial project is to write a simple demo which provides one page where a user can record a message and another where a user can play back the message that has been recorded. There will be a follow on project to develop the complete website.
