Data Base Program

I am looking for a program that is similar to REO Maestro(please familiar your self with it) Reo Maestro is and was devolped for the REO real Estate industry. There are more things in their program then I need but the base or outline is good. I need the same type of Dashboard(that tells you everything that will need to be done that day) My company is A real Estate company that deals with Flat fee listings in HIGH volume We need a program ?Data Base that can do several things. Here is the basics It needs to seperate our listings by companies and type It needs to show a dashboard that can instantly show us These things #1 All properties that need Listing documents signed #2 All Properties That need [login to view URL] work(2 things will need either pictures or Tele added or both) #3 All properties listed by state and MLS board and type(MLS or [login to view URL] Listing) #4All Properties Expiring(when ) #5 All Properties Pending(that day and that week due to close) #6 Ability to mass email ALL clients different templates #7 Show us all properties for each company we work for and how much each listing is paid(an invoice for billing) We are trying to get rid of ALL files and try to go paperless I want this to have the ability to be logged into remotely(does that mean I need to buy my own servers is this the best way to go) We need to make sure we have very very good BACK UP. This project will probaly be an on going thing for a few months I assume. I figure you will get the basics down and then every month we will probaly keep adding and revamping until its good, When complete there is a possibility of us licensing this(we can talk about that later)
