Custom WordPress Plugin - Product Preference Survey

To bid on this project, you must understand the English language. You must be able to read and write English well, so that we don't have communication problems down the line. Also, source code must use English terms for variables, and source code comments must be in English. Project Summary ============ I need a custom WordPress plugin. This WordPress plugin will require access to the MySQL WordPress data base, and the plugin must be compatible with WordPress versions 3.0 up to the latest version of WordPress. The plugin creates product preference surveys. The survey is created in the admin area and inserted into a WordPress page via a [tag]. This plugin will display the survey to visitors, to collect product preference data, and then determine which products we can sell to those visitors based on their survey data. The survey displays multiple product categories; each category containing up to 5 brand choices where the user chooses a single brand within each category (via radio buttons) that they prefer or normally purchase. Each choice from each product category is compared with our own product within that category to determine if our product could be a potential match that we can sell to the visitor. At the end of the survey, based upon their survey results, we display a list of our products that they might be interested, along with a price comparison and their potential savings if they switch to our products. If the savings appeal to them, they can fill in their first name, email address, and phone number for us to follow up with. Multiple surveys can be created and saved and each survey can contain multiple product categories with brands for the user to provide feedback on.
