Hello, I am looking for someone who can develop me a traffic exchange bot + a basic admin panel where i can manage users who are using this bot. **You must have skype**! 1. I want this bot to consume very low pc resources so that users can run the bot in background. 2. I want the database to be light, so even when there are 1000s of users online at the same time the server usage should be low. 3.
