Create Wordpress Plugin

Looking for a wordpress plugin developer to take basic functionality of two existing plugins and build it into one brandable plugin. ## Deliverables I need someone to take the feedwordpress plugin and add in the functionality of Auto affiliate links. I need this combined in one screen, so the plugin options will be rss feed url to import the keywords and urls to replace ( allow upto 10 keywords and urls) number of times to replace per article then save... The plugin will then import that RSS feed on a daily basis and replace keywords and urls. I also need this to be branded so if the options page can be easily amendable in something like dreamweaver so I can add in logos and links etc... This should fairly straightforward to those who know what they are doing.
