Convert mgrs coordinates to decimal degree latitude longitude

I need a formula I could plug into a sql server table column that will take an mgrs value in that column an populate two other columns with the converted latitude and longitud values. One column for latitude and another for longitude in decimal degrees. I would like the same idea for excel columns as well for a spreadsheet. It is not just one mgrs value conversion at a time but multiple rows of mgrs values.
