We are looking for an expert Joomla developer to provide consultancy advice only to enable us to evaluate our technical requirements for a job board build on Joomla. We are seeking a price proposal to supply a detailed and documented response to the questions in this scoping document. The cost proposal must provide for the clarification of any questions we have after the initial document is delivered. A second round of questions from us will be included in this scope to either qualify your answers or request further details. The price proposal must provide for: • Provision of a completed response document in English • A second round of questions to either qualify your answers or request further details related to the responses While our project may involve further build and developer assistance, at this stage we are seeking expert advice only. Projections on timeframes are to objective and will not be used by us as a guide on your suitability or competitiveness for additional work.
