Code an educational software program

I am looking for a computer programmer to code a program that I have designed. It is called, "Hebrew Verb Parsing Tutor." It is an educational piece of software that is designed to aid the learning of biblical Hebrew. To aid the coding, I have a detailed and accurate "flowchart" or design instructions that explains the program's logic and gives a step by step procedure of a series of questions and answers that eventually lead to the identification of the Hebrew verb form in question. The logic of the program is rather simple, very much like an ATM. Most of the effort will involve in creating graphics of the Hebrew verbal forms. The program is designed to be entirely mouse-driven. I estimate that the time needed to do the coding would amount to something like two to four weeks, but I cannot be certain about this. It is up to the programmer to choose what language to use to do the coding. I am qualified to design and effectively market such a program because I hold a doctorate from Vanderbilt University in Hebrew Language and Literature and have professional access to professors of Biblical Hebrew.
