Code to collect and update IP details

Hi, I am looking for somebody to write some code for me. I need a spider to crawl the internet and collect the domain name and ip address of every page it comes across, obviously if it crawls multiple pages of the same domain i only want it to collect the ip address and domain once. I also want to collect any email addresses that it might find. I then want this data placed in to a mysql database structured like below. Domain Name | IP Address | Date | Email Addresses I don't mind what language this is built in though it will be run from a linux server, the code needs to be well written and provide feedback on what the spider is doing so it can be monitored. the idea is to just leave the spider constantly running on the server. I would like preference given to UK Domain names but in general but it if does follow a link to a domain outside of the domain name that is not an issue. Please provide an example or demo link to demonstrate your skills in this field as i have been burnt before. Please do not bid with stupid generic messages offering anything other than what i have asked for. Thanks
