Clone Script Multi Vendor Mall

I am looking for existing or nearly completed multi-vendor/virtual mall type clone scripts/site. Need a website that clones the functionality and features in Atomicmall.com. One additional feature is that store owners should have the option of using their own merchant accounts. Looking for existing solutions with all of the features that will require minimal modifications. Project price is negotiable.
