I am looking for someone to build a Windows application which will edit a pre-built HTML / CSS template. The process would be that an end user would open the application, select a template and then be shown a number of fields such as header text, colour etc etc and then the data entered would then be added to the HTML file. Once this is finished it, the application would output a folder with the HTML, CSS, image files ready to be uploaded to a web server.

It is easy to do in principle, but may require a lot of work since it is a per-update-item workload and you did not specify how many fields, Headers etc... might this be thousands? I assumed it to be in the area of 50 or so fields, images and CSS content, but my price will be good up to a hundred items. If it is much less than 50 Id be happy to lower the price accordingly.
