This bash script will take two parameters

1. website url

2. bandwidth as a GB

what script will do:

1. add virtual host to apache to make the website ready to launch

with bandwith limitation.

2. install awstats to the website

note

1. I must be able to monitor each website as I'm a top level user

2. Each website can monitor themself via awstats

3. apache will not need to restarting
