Another company is developing the website "Marketplace for buying and selling tickets" for me at the moment. Unfortunately they can’t develop all the functionalities that I want. One functionality concerns a Barcode-reading system + thumball image of the pdf uploaded. This functionality prevent that’s possible to upload two the same e-tickets, with the same barcode and that people can see the uploaded pdf-file. I don’t have a lot expertise about developing, but maybe I found a website that you can use: [login to view URL] Please let me know if you can develop this functionality. (don't have a lot of budget, so I was expecting around the 50 / 75 USD).
