Audio Playlist Store and Backend

I am looking for quotes for someone to create an audio media player for a beat-selling website. I have other options available, and could use them if I had to, but it would be ideal to have my own. The basic functions of the media player include playing, pausing, and skipping through the audio files with the option to select one or more files (and subfiles; mp3, WAV, multi-track) to add to the cart and purchase. The audio files should show the title, producer, length, genre, and beats per minute. Also, if there were a rating, comment, and share options available for each track, that would be great. A search function that allows users to sort by producer, genre, popularity, etc. I would also like to have the option to add a voice tag that plays over any track, disabling someone from recording the tracks without purchase.

Once the customer decides on a file to purchase, they click on the checkout button and are taken to PayPal to complete their purchase. After purchase, we will need the files automatically and immediately e-mailed to them.

There will also be a corresponding license agreement which will be auto-filled with the customer's name, producer's name, file name, and e-mailed along with the files they've purchased.

I would also like to collect their e-mail and have it automate to my Aweber account.

That is the overview for the user side of things. I also would need a back-end that allows me to upload/delete/edit files to the player, insert file information, select which licenses are available for each track, set the prices, allow discounts/sales for some/all tracks (and have a sale icon displayed in the player.) Ideally, I'd like to be able to AT LEAST customize the color scheme on the player. I can also see orders made.

I should be able to include the player on a Wix powered site.

Aesthetically, I would like it to be modern, clean, whites and blacks with some color and shadowing, and most importantly, easy to navigate.

Some products that are similar can be viewed at [login to view URL] and www.jeejuh.com. I'd like something similar, but nicer.

I am also willing to provide a percentage of sales for any purchases made through the player for a smaller up-front quote.
