Amazon SES/SNS PHP parser

Unfortunately, I don't merely have enough time to do this myself, so this is where you will come in. Pseudo-code: - Use AWS SDK for PHP - Login to AWS account - Use the published topic to read the SNS JSON [login to view URL] - Query MySQL DB for [login to view URL] and remove it. I don't have the database yet. However, I will need you to create one for this project with a database column for "recipient.EmailAddress" to make things easier. The goal is to remove any email addresses that may bounce (500).
