DigiShop Product Attribute Modification Tweak

We just installed DigiShop V10 from Sumeffect. We are migrating our Miva Merchant products to the DS cart. Our current cart allows for percentage attribute pricing. DigiShop offers the ability to upcharge the product by a dollar amount if using drop down menu attributes for a product. We require that functionality to happen with a percentage upcharge. You would have full access to the PHP scripts. The tweak must be documented so we can use this in future versions of DS. We will have other tweaks in the future that we will post separately.
DS is written in PHP, so it would involve modifying the php pages to accomplish this task. We are looking for a developer with experience with DigiShop10.
