Correct my database problem

I have two Turkish websites which uses the almost the same php script. It used to bring all the images from the DB but its almost corrected. I have this bugs: Some of the pictures are still not showing up. The admin panel only shows the log out button. The site is not suitable for Seo in script make SEO in script. The site has little problems in Firefox. Some Turkish characters are not showing up. I have another color design for this script. I want it to be for another site. (very Easy) Its a small job.
