Copy content from a dropshiping webshop.

I have started a dropshipping agreement with a supplier. The supplier has a shop with about 7.000. What I want is to copy all the contents and have it on my shop, products, prices, descriptions for each product. But it should not be a single time. What i need is my webshop sync with the suppliers webshop. This means that when the supplier gets a new product in their shop, then it will automatically be synkoriseres with my webshop, and it have to copy all new product images and descriptions, and prices. The same should happen when the supplier deleting a specific items from their shop, so it must also deleted / deactivated from my shop. "Available" must also be updated simultaneously, it means that if a product is not in stock at the supplier, then it must also appear as "not in stock" on my webshop. The prices in my shop, has to be +20% higher than the suppliers prices, this option should be editable for me, so if I eg want to increase the price by 25%, so it must be possible for me to do from one place to all the products at same time. This has also to applies to all categories. When the supplier adds a category, so it must also do it in my shop. Also freight cost should be the same as the suppliers freight price. Also related products should be displayed on my webshop. I already have a presta shop template, but it have to be modified until it meets my needs. Also i need a "easy to use" smartphone app created, i allready have one that works with prestashop, but it has also to be modified until it meet my needs.
