Change in the layout of a php site script

When you add the programs affiliate link in the downline builder its not all that easy the way its done now on the site so I would like changed to they way I have it below. [login to view URL] Memebers: user and password: demo [login to view URL] To add a program you first have to add the url without the affiliate code but with the scripts code in it and then go back in and edit program under your affiliate id to add that. Here is an example affiliate code [login to view URL] So the user has change the url to look like this format below to add it. [login to view URL]{affiliateid} Then vave it and go back to edit the program to add the affiliate id/ or user Its just hard for a person joining to do this so I want to make it simple. I would like"{affiliateid}" this to be added automatically to the URL when its added so the client or the admin will no longer have to do that. Then on the clients add a program and the admin's add a program I would like a box for the client or the admin to place the affiliate ID so they do not have to go back in after add the url and do that. When you look at the memebers and the admin you will see this now Website Name Website URL Category Description Under "Website URL" I would like to add the Affiliate ID/Username I would like it to be more like this so it can all be added at one time. Website Name Website URL Affiliate ID/Username Category Description This way the admin or client would only need to add the domain so it looks like: [login to view URL] And they can submit the Affiliate ID/Username at the same time in the spot above where they add the domain. Since this is just about all there now I think its just some simple php coding work. I don't have a lot to work with here, I am am hoping this would be around 2 hours of work I will attach a copy of the script, whom ever gets the job I will send the cpanel and ftp info too.
