Adding Functionality to Game Server Listings Site

I currently have a website where users can vote for their favourite Minecraft Server: http://www.creeperboom.com. There are others that exist and I want to pattern mine after: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Since I have most of the framework laid out, I only need some tweaks to the User Registration/Website Profile sections of the website. I would like the following functionality added and integrated within the site: 1. Votifier Integration ([login to view URL]) - When someone votes for their favourite Minecraft server on [login to view URL], votifier will notify that particular Minecraft Server. 2. Upload and store images on Creeperboom.com. Server profile registration page allows users to upload banners.(Max resolution is 468x60 pixels. Max file size is 75 Kb.) 3. Additional Server information stored and displayed on [login to view URL] server profile page (ex. [login to view URL]): - (Checkboxes) Category - SMP (Survival), Creative, Classic, Vanilla, Semi-Vanilla, Bukkit - (Checkboxes) Features - Economy, Whitelist, Greylist, PVP, Roleplay, Spleef, Events - (Text Field) Youtube Video Address - (Server owner enters Youtube Address & the embedded media is put into server profile page) - (Timestamp) Date Server was added to [login to view URL] - (Text Field) Server IP & Port # - (Site Pings IP) Physical Location of Server (Possible to ping server IP and display flag?) - (Site Uses Votifier?) Display Players Online (Think this is part of Votifier) - (Site Pings IP) Online status (Are we able to ping sites every so often to get an uptime % and display it?) - (Text Box) Comments enabled under Server Profile (can be anonymous). Admin of [login to view URL] can enable/disable/edit comments. - RTF Editor (GUI) for Server Description profile page. Server owner can edit their description easily. - (File Upload) Server Pictures - Maximum of 4 JPG/PNG/BMP max 200kb each can be uploaded on and stored on Creeperboom.com. Will be viewable on server profile page. 4. 4 x Random Banners at top of site. (Random from server listings) - Random banners rotated every page view/refresh. - Is it possible to calculate visitors, amount of pages in DB, and provide a % that indicates how often a given player would have their banner shown randomly? Integrate this on [login to view URL] Server Profile page. These are the basics, please let me know if this is easy and how much you'd like to charge. And any questions/comments concerns.
