Corrections for PHP script and make it SEO

Hi, I have this site la-ce . com and This site is written on php but it takes all the picture files from database and not SEO type site. I want it to be corrected and make the SEO avaliable and registered to search enginees. It is a Turkish site. Its a shopping site for stationary. I need this urgent and this is not a big project so do not fly up on prices. If I like the work , I am looking for a long term support guy. The money will be escrow and put it on escrow after I see it working. I had bad experiences here on GAF so this is how I work.
