Creation of a web management system (using php and mysql)

I need the creation of a web Management System (based on MySql and PHP). This business operates using telemarketing and web marketing to find potential clients, after which a promoter is sent to sell products which a technician afterwards will install. The software needed should basically be a CRM and ERP with possibilities to expand. These are the main features required: - 5 user levels (admin, promoter, technician, telephone salesman, clients) - insertion of appointments (by salesman) /installs (by promoter) - possibility for promoters and salesman to view personal and global stats about their sales, the other promoters sales, etc - insertion of task status and info (by promoter) [sold or not, type of contract signed, client payments] - view/print (by technician) of appointments + related documents (warranty, transport documents, etc) - view (by technician) of all day appointments with complete mileage to cover - insertion of task status and info (by technician) [issues, material used, costs] - help desk for clients - possibility for clients to see their history (date of contract, dates on which customer care was contacted, etc) - admin must be able to view stats, financial situation, materials available/used, etc - internal calendar that all users can see (except clients) for company meetings Further Info Must be able to run on a MySql DB and use PHP. Would be better if you use an already available solution such as VTiger. Must be easy to translate in another language (i.e. italian).
