Ad Posting Section needs Auto-Repost and Email Sent

[login to view URL] There is an area of our site that allows users to post their own advertisements with pictures and descriptions, similar to how ads are posted on backpage.com. We need to update the backend of the section with a new feature. On the ads section we when you post an ad we want to allow the ad to get re posted every 1 day, 3 days, or 5 days. The site already has the capability for the user to select the days. We need the ads to get posted when the user selects their option. The ads are to be re posted for a maximum of 30 days. Also we have the functionality in place to email the user when they post an ad so that they can delete, or edit the ad. We want to make sure that whatever gets done to the first email, gets done to all the emails that are re posted. The language we work in is Ruby on Rails, and the url is listed in the file thats attached So the basic need is to get the auto-repost working for the ads section, and make sure the emails to posters gets sent out correctly
