The concept is a website application, which allows users to come up with 'date ideas'.
Users on the site submit a 'date idea’which becomes part of their profile – which then becomes visible to other users on the site.
These dates are listed relative to the user’s proximity and can be sorted by location, the time of date (today, tomorrow, next week) and by the user attributes of the user whom wrote the date idea (age, race, location etc, height etc.)
Users interact with each other by showing interest in each other’s date ideas. This happens like so:
USER 1 posts a date idea (which becomes part of their profile)
USER 2 visits USER 1’s Profile and sees USER 1’s date idea.
USER 2 can ‘show interest’ in USER 2’s date idea by clicking a button and entering a personal message that USER 1 receives.
USER 1 will receive USER 2’s interest (in their date idea) and personal message and can decide to further engage with USER 2 by clicking
‘YES’ or ‘MAYBE’ or ‘IGNORE’
If USER 1 clicks ‘YES’, USER 1 and USER 2 can further engage in conversation via a chat window function.
If USER 1 clicks ‘MAYBE’ ‘USER 1 and USER 2 can further engage in conversation via a chat window function.
IF USER 1 clicks ‘IGNORE’ nothing happens. USER 2 is not notified or anything.
