Business Directory

It is a business directory, it must be based on the MVC model, which must have an administrative panel (back-end) to administer the site, in other words a CMS. The site requires a search with several fields engine as: range of prices, place, category, services, the results page should have filters and paging, the detail page in which you can see all the information, must contain images, map, services, prices, etc. of each business. Must be able to manage advertisments. We also need a comment and rating system. It should be developed in python (django) or any other framework, could also developed in Ruby on rails and as a last option in php. Design is ready, only need the coding.
