Blender Python Script needed

I use Blender to modelize 3D object and I still use directly the UV editor after I have unwrapped the object without creating material. The problem is I need to bake the texture and when I have several textures and uvs I need to create a material for each element with 2 textures and 2 uvs (one for colors and one for baking), and it's a boring job. When I will run the script I'll have one object for each texture I want. To resume, the script must take an object witch have several textures and uv already set and create a new texture with new uv (I will unwrap myself after the script has ran and before baking) then I'll can just set the baking uv and clic BAKE. Maybe it's not the best way to do, I am opened to suggestions.
