A new dating site!!

What I need is a total new dating site which should motivate people to go out to a cafe and meet instead of doing it online too much (so it's a kind of cafe dating site)! I won't be able to post all of the requirements yet so you have to check out different dating sites to understand how much work this will involve and what kind of features it will contain. Some of the features of the site: Wonderful and attractive design! Registration process Add members as friends Message members Member profile Photo album Find members (geographically/age dependant/gender etc) SMS feature (send messages to a short number which will then be displayed on the site). Send kisses/hugs to members Forum Chat and a lot of more features! So please have a look (as I said) at other famous dating sites to get an idea of how much you would charge for a site like this. It should be a wonderful place for singles to meet and the site should attract them to find partners to meet in the real life! The domain I have bought is [login to view URL] which is swedish and means "Coffee date" (It should attract users going to cafeterias and meet there instead of talking too much on the site).
