A membership based message storage and retrieval site.

I'm putting together a multi-user message storage and retrieval site, and need to hire out the code for the project. I don't know how large the project is - heaven knows I know little or nothing about PHP. The project would include both Member and Admin sections, with the ability to store email addresses and messages to be sent at a later date. Keep reading if you're interested.
