content share in social media

I need similar share content functionalotiy in Facebook,Twitter, Digg, stumbleupon.

Here is the details for login access :-

If you go through the mentioned login details and check the Today's Top Posts, on that tap view the "SHARE" button in that top right hand side in Post.

When you click that button, share social media open then you can share post.

I need similar funcitonality. Make sure, when you post the content, the link will redirect own website, not to social media website. Just like a reference link.

Just i need share functionality. We have coder, he will intregate in our system. You can use any dummy content. After share the content it's count and store in database.
