bulk text messaging software.

I need a peice of software that will either interface with a Iphone via USB cable on Tmobile or a Motorola Razer V3m on Verizon via usb cable to send bulk text messages that I can create. The program needs to be able to select the area code and prefix and then extrapolate all possible digits for the last four numbers. For example, select area code 805, prefix 798, and it will then fill in all remaining numbers 0001, 0002, 0003.... etc to 9999. It will then text the message to all numbers. Additionally it could use an SMTP interface to email out all the text but this is NOT the preferred solution, as you would have to know what carrier the numbers were on which there is no way of knowing so we would have to bulk mail many more messages at multiple carriers.
