banner integration (very simple project)

this is a very simple and straight forward project. I basically need someone to integrate a banner into my website at www,earningsecrets,info. The person I previously hired to do the integration did a terrible job. This project is very easy and just requires that the banner be integrated and the CSS color of the site be changed to match or sync better with the banner colors. This project is very very simple. I will provide the .PSD file to the person whom gets this project. More projects like this will follow if the job is done well and completed in a timely manner.
