asp classic page to process xml post

I need an .asp page created to handle an xml post. The API doc and XML example are available in PDF form and will be uploaded. The xml contains customer and order information. The customer will be updated via a SQL server update, and the order will be subtotaled, totaled, and inserted in to the DB (2-3 tables invloved). A stub function for credit card processing will be created, the actual charge or processing of this function is not part of this project. If credit card charge successful, then do the steps above, if not then respond to the XML post with the appropriate message.
