DESIGN ONLY of a Student Textbook Buy/Sell/Trade Website (NO CODING)

I need an Expert Designer to do the design layout for a Textbook Buy/Sell/Trade website. The design will be used on a later project as a model for programmers to create a website that is similar to [login to view URL] and craigslist.com. The selected worker will need to have at least a high level understanding of databases, server side scripting, and web page rendering. Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL is a plus. I'm looking for someone with good English communication skills and a customer service mindset. I have a lot of the information documented in a word doc but there will still need to be a lot of interaction between us to work out the details. I have a fundamental understanding of web design, but I need someone knowledgeable enough to explain all my options. This project is for a single individual only. I need to work directly with the worker, not through a translator, project manager or some other third party. If you're interested in this project, **please attach 3 examples of design work you've done**. The prototypes can be in Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or something else. I will need to see the files **in the editor's native format** however (such as .PSD for Photoshop) so I know you didn't just take screen shots. **I cannot accept JPGs, GIFs, or Links.** You do not need to enter a bid amount at this time.
