Customized Social Network Programming

Custom programming for the functioning of a social networking website. Need the following capabilities: * secure log-in and profile creation for user with CMS. * the ability to upload video and images as well as text information for a bio and interests. * Add descriptions/notes to videos. * Videos must have a ratings system for users and viewers. * editable areas where users can put pics on their profile page * an area where users can sell download-able files to other viewers using PayPal. * Users must also be able to add other users as friends to a "community" list * Users must be able to email other users. * Must have a search engine. * User must be able to change the background of their profile similar to Myspace. * Comment area for comments from friends and video users. The programmer(s) must be able to work with a third party web designer who is designing the graphic look of the site and must be able to accept .psd photoshop files.
